Apply the Clarity remedy oil onto your temples, the back of your neck and onto the insides of your wrists. Take a few moments to breathe in the uplifting, minty fresh aroma. Now focus on your breath. Take 3 deeps breaths focusing on the rise and fall of your chest. Set your intention for the day and inhale the smell of the oil as you reinforce in your mind your goal and visualise it manifesting.
